- At BlackLine Travel, we understand that plans may change. Below are our cancellation policies for each service.
1. Private Airport Transportation
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for changes or rescheduling.
- No refunds for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
- In case of flight delays or cancellations, immediate notification is required to adjust the pickup time.
2. Day Pass Reservations
- A minimum deposit per person is required to confirm a Day Pass reservation (amount varies by hotel).
- Once booked, no changes or cancellations are allowed.
- In case of venue closure or extreme weather conditions, rescheduling or a refund may be offered.
3. Hotel Reservations
- Cancellation policies depend on the hotel’s terms and conditions.
- In most cases, cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
- No refunds for cancellations beyond the hotel’s permitted timeframe.
4. Tour Reservations
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- No refunds for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
- If the provider cancels due to weather or operational reasons, a refund or rescheduling will be offered.
5. Limousine Reservations (Prepaid Service)
- Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance for changes or refunds.
- No refunds for late cancellations or no-shows.
- In case of mechanical failure or provider cancellation, a refund or new booking date will be offered at no extra cost.
6. Yacht Reservations ($4,000 MXN Deposit Required)
- The $4,000 MXN deposit is non-refundable if the client cancels.
- Full-service cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to reschedule.
- If the agency or provider cancels due to weather or operational reasons, the deposit will be refunded or rescheduled at no additional cost.
7. Force Majeure Cases
If cancellation is due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, airport closures, or unforeseen situations beyond the client’s control, a refund or rescheduling may be considered without penalties.
